LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME SUCCESS FOR CLIVE OWEN LLP COLLEAGUES
Three members of the Clive Owen LLP team in Darlington and Middlesbrough have successfully completed a leadership development programme through the prestigious Leadership Management International (LMI).
Mike Boynton, assistant tax manager completed the programme alongside Louise Keetley and Helen Robinson, who work as part of the Managed Services Department.
After seeing year-on-year growth, the chartered accountants and business advisers recognised the need to upskill its future leaders through a programme which focuses on the development of leadership qualities.
The programme was supported by leadership coach, Neale Carter of Redworth Coaching, and involved one-to-one sessions and group presentations to colleagues and the partnership team, allowing the managers to demonstrate what they had learned throughout the process, and how they can put these skills into use going forward.
