Since 2003, I’ve worked with many organisations and industries, including Logistics, Football Clubs, Accountancy, Banking, Law Firms, Hospitality, Retail and Wholesale, developing their Leadership and Management potential.
I’m passionate about developing and supporting individuals and companies to achieve success and about creating environments where colleagues are proud to work.
Throughout my career, I’ve always believed if you treat people with respect, are consistent in your values and demonstrate strong Leadership skills, great results will naturally follow. All our Leadership Programmes focus on developing these essential skills, with the Personal Leadership Programme at the centre of everything we do. If you can’t lead yourself, how can you expect to lead others?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my, extensive, extended family; am an avid golfer and passionate about many other sports.
Youth & Charity
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve been involved with various projects supporting young people to realise, and work on improving their potential: from Young Enterprise Scotland; Making of a Champion for 16 to 24-year-olds, and Pathways Mentoring. I’m also an ambassador for the Buddy Bag foundation (making a difference to children in emergency care): raising funds for this and other charities by abseiling off the roof of St. James Park in Newcastle; walking one hundred and twenty-five miles from Manchester to Newcastle and cycling from Edinburgh Castle to Teesside.
Recognition and Awards
Redworth Coaching has received numerous awards from various sources over the years and, in 2009, I was recognised by the British Chamber of Commerce as Scotland’s Entrepreneur of the Year.
Leadership and Management International also awarded Redworth Coaching a global award for being an outstanding professional amongst worldwide organisations.
